1976 – 1980 Worked for Oshikiri Machinery Ltd.

The job descriptions: this company develops and sells production lines of bakery machines. I was mainly in charge of overseas business. My duty was to go overseas and sell the lines. I’ve done the steps from quotation --- going to the actual place to explain --- sales --- installation --- test operation --- adjustments --- , and furthermore, to test baking.

1980 – 1995 Engaged in the business of a bakery consultant on freelance basis.

The job descriptions: As I have clients across Asian countries, I visited to Korea more than 30 times and to Taiwan more than 20 times. After that, I went around instructing the mobile vending method in Japan also . In Hotel Shilla in Korea, after then, I’ve founded a company named “Shella Bakery ”, and have developed the network of 30 chain shops..

1995 – 2011 Ran my own business the additive-free bread baking studio LysDor-MitSu.

The job descriptions: at first, the number of employees were only 3. But the number has become 40.

The valued customers are
Oisix, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways --- mainly mail-order selling
Mitsukoshi, Daimaru, Takashimaya, Isetan, Matsuzakaya --- mainly shop opening in the events
Odakyu OX Store --- the products were dealt with as groceries
For the 16 years, I’ve developed numerous “new products” in response to each companies’ request almost every month.

And personally, as an individual, Hirose, I hold the patent “brewing yeast for breadmaking ”.

The reason for the application

And after I returned from studying in the United States, I’ve worked in the international affairs department of Oshikiri Machinery Ltd. for four and a half years.

In the company, I was in charge of Korea, China, and Mideast. Oshikiri Machinery Ltd. develops bakery production lines. That is, --- business meetings --- designing drawings --- installation of the machines --- test operation --- adjustments… Then, I’ve also stayed the country as the demonstrator who performed the demonstrations such that using this line enables to produce such types of breads. Therefore, regarding machinery for manufacturing, I have very detailed knowledge.

About 20 years ago, I’ve helped Shilla Bakery in Korea, which had only 3 shops then, and have expanded its shop network to 72 shops (currently more than 150 shops). So, I’ve thought that I wish I could dedicate my life as a baker to the company which will develop more and more. These are the motivations why I’ve applied for the position.
